Maya is EIG's Automation phone receptionist. She answers every call 24/7, introduces herself as an EIG representative, qualifies callers by asking about their Medicare status, zip code, and what they need โ and routes them to the right person. She can answer common Medicare questions in plain English and captures all caller info as leads in your pipeline.
After hours: Maya still answers every call. She handles Q&A but takes messages instead of transferring. All after-hours messages are flagged for priority callback.
